We are delighted to once again be supporting the Formula Student Team CURE Mannheim e.V. – a dedicated project by students at DHBW Mannheim who are developing innovative, electrically powered racing cars.

The team insists on the highest material quality when manufacturing its prototypes – and therefore relies on our dichtol AM Hydro for reliable sealing of additively manufactured PA12 components in the cooling system.

The aim was to achieve maximum tightness under load by sealing connectors manufactured using the SLS process – a task that dichtol mastered reliably.

The team reports:

‘We were able to successfully seal our hose connectors with your dichtol and even use them for our competitions this summer.’

Clear proof of reliability under racing conditions. The team already relied on our product in 2023 – and is once again putting its trust in proven quality this year.
